Bate Sielbeck
Bate began his career as an investment banking analyst for Houlihan Lokey, advising both companies and their lenders during debt restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Prior to Beech Creek Capital, he was the Vice President of Finance at MedSafe Waste, a regional medical waste disposal company, where he helped lead the company's finance, operations and business development functions. Bate received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
Alan Sielbeck
Alan has owned, operated and invested in lower middle market businesses for over 30 years. Previously, he was the CEO of a publicly-traded heating and air conditioning company with over $600 million in sales. His operating experience spans a broad group of industries, including commercial real estate development, non-emergency medical transportation, IT services, medical waste disposal and commercial marinas.
